Every email Event HQ writes waits here for you to read, edit and send — offers, RFQs, approvals and notices. Nothing goes out unreviewed.
Event Modules
Turn modules on or off across many events at once — events down the side, modules across the top, one Save. Handy when a whole series needs Food or Labour Hire.
User Manual
The same explanations the operator sees behind the ? icons in their portal, on one readable page — print it or send it. More modules will land here.
Claude AI — Quote Comparisons
Connect an Anthropic API key so anyone with edit access can upload quote PDFs on a comparison and have Claude build it in the app. Costs cents per comparison; the key is stored write-only in Script Properties.
Microsoft 365 — OneDrive & Email
Connect the eventhq@ account: publish event documents to OneDrive for government stakeholders and send Event HQ email from your own address.
Configuration — Items, Lists & Assets
Edit scope items per asset, all pick-lists, and the master Required Assets list without opening the spreadsheet.
Induction Creator
Build quiz-style inductions workers must answer correctly to complete, then attach them to events from each event card's Tool Box.

Manage promoter companies, ABNs, contacts and accounts details.
Users
Manage app logins, roles and event access.

Document Folders
New events build their Drive folders from your template automatically and link them below — set the template and events-root once under Folder settings. This button covers existing events; only blank links are filled.
Adds everyone with access to this event as a Drive VIEWER on the folders below, so RFQ, quote and document links open for them. Run it again after granting new users.
Sharing this folder covers everything inside it — every asset's RFQ, Quotes and Comparison subfolders. No separate quotes link needed.
Paste the event's 01. Supplier Documentation folder link. Awarded suppliers get their own subfolder in here and compliance uploads land in it.
Crew
Lists suppliers in category Site Management — set the category on the supplier record.

Label only — access comes from the ticks below. Picking a role on a new user pre-fills a starting set of ticks. Administrator always has everything. Apply this role's standard access
Report Access
Tick the reports this user can generate. Leave all unticked to hide the Reports tab. These ticks also power the PRINT buttons on their event cards (brief / stakeholders / gantt) — no Reports tab needed.
